Brussels, 30 September, 2025 – Last Tuesday, the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) hosted two closed-door seminars (“confessionals”) as part of the REUNIR project.
The sessions brought together officials from the European Commission (DG NEAR), diplomats from EU Member States, as well as Ambassadors of Albania, Montenegro, Moldova, and Kosovo, alongside Minister Counsellors of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ukraine.
These high-level exchanges served to:
-
Validate CEPS’ research findings from the threat scans on malign foreign interference in EU candidate countries and their resilience in upholding their EU commitments.
-
Test draft policy recommendations that will inform the upcoming REUNIR Policy Briefs, to be published later this year.
REUNIR extends its gratitude to all distinguished guests and participants for their valuable insights and continued engagement in strengthening resilience and advancing the European Union’s enlargement agenda.
